We are a consultancy practice that has been developed to provide a broad range of services to support our clients at a strategic and operational level. We provide specialist expertise to support our clients based on a practice with specific expertise to support the needs of our clients.

Our head office is based in Hampshire and our consultancy team are based in the South of England and cover the UK from their home base. All contracts are managed centrally from Hampshire which frees up our consultants to focus on our clients.

UK Public Sector

We are an OGC compliant Prince2 consultancy practice that has 30+ years consultancy experience. Our team of consultants has specialist knowledge and expertise and are able to provide a high standard of support to Public Sector organisations.

We have worked across multiple government agencies and been involved in cross regional, national and international projects and have a practical insight that will be beneficial to public sector organisations.

Our team has robust methodology, systems and processes and have proven track records working with multiple public sector organisations such as Environment Agency, Business Link, MLA, WRAP, Local Government bodies to undertake change management activity with Executive and Senior Management Teams.

We are OGC compliant consultants who utilise PRINCE2 methodology and SPRINT BPR and are accredited suppliers under Select Accredit.

Private Sector

Our consultancy practice utilises the expertise of a team of consultants with 60 years business experience and 30+ years in consultancy. Our team of consultants has specialist knowledge and expertise and are able to provide a high standard of support to growing businesses.

We have worked with SME to corporate to global businesses and understand the issues faced by management teams. We are able to provide specialist advice at a strategic and operational level to support executive and senior management teams.
